About Me!

I’m Melissa Griffin, the owner and operator of 7 Serene. I graduated in 2024 from Massaged Life and Wellness Academy and licensed by the State of Alabama. I am trained in a variety of massage modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Lymphatic, Integrative, Neuromuscular, Hot Stone, Spa & Hydrotherapy, Special Populations and Rehab. I am also a certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, Mindfulness Coach, Emotional Intelligence Coach and Meditation Coach. I focus on holistic wellness with my massage practice. I believe my clients should feel good internally as well as externally. Balancing mind, body and spirit is my goal at 7 Serene!
